1. Processing & Handling All orders are carefully packed and typically processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. Because each piece is handmade and individually inspected before shipping, we take extra care to ensure your item arrives safely. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Times & Rates We currently ship within the United States. Shipping times generally range from 5–10 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery destination. Exotique Pipez is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For lost packages, please allow a few extra days before reaching out, as carrier delays can sometimes occur.
