1. All Sales Are Final Due to the handcrafted and one-of-a-kind nature of every Exotique Pipez piece, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is individually carved by hand, meaning no two pieces are identical and exact replacements cannot be guaranteed. We encourage customers to review all product photos and descriptions carefully before completing a purchase.

2. Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Items We will gladly assist if your item arrived damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong item. In these cases, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and include your order number, a clear photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue. Approved cases will be offered a replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund at our discretion.
